My Dream Now offers a concrete program for inspiring school-work collaboration. We engage volunteer professionals who inspire students to see the opportunities in working life.
Employers who want to take active social responsibility in education become paying partners and offer their employees to get involved.
Upon signing up, volunteers are taken through a 3 hours training at their workplace to become class coaches.
We prioritize upper primary and high schools in areas with great potential, where many young people lack adult role models with inspiring professions.

What does partnership mean?
Partner companies can offer employees several opportunities to get involved:

Class coach visits a class two to four times a year, two hours each time during school hours. A team of 3-5 volunteers from different companies and with different background and employment meet the same class every time.

Study visit – organize a study visit for 2 hours at your workplace for 12-14 students

Work experience – receive students at your workplace for a week
